Bill Wetzel turned his lifelong dream of owning a restaurant into reality with ACOCA Cafe & Roastery. In 2015, he purchased what was then known as "Beaners Coffee Haus" and, while preserving its core values, brought his own vision to life by adding a full-scale kitchen. It was the perfect way to combine his love of cooking with his passion for creating a place where people could connect over great food and meaningful conversation. Bill believes that “One great place” isn’t just a tagline—it’s the true meaning behind Downtown Appleton as a destination.
